Studying, educating, and empowering others, especially underserved communities about health and wellness has always been my passion. As the daughter of Trinidadian parents, I was introduced to the value of natural remedies and traditional wellness practices at an early age. My grandmother shared her knowledge of herbs and natural healing, which sparked a lifelong interest in holistic wellness. Before my twenties, I was naturally drawn to learning more about herbal remedies and spent time studying resources such as Jethro Kloss's Back to Eden.

As a healthcare professional, I believe that education and informed decision-making are essential to achieving optimal health and wellness. Together, Tony and Dr. Holder began our wellness journey by seeking natural ways to improve our own health and quality of life. What started as a personal commitment to wellness evolved into a mission to share holistic wellness products and education with others.
